What is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless Dent Repair is the process of removing minor dents, door dings, creases, hail damage, and in some cases severely damaged panels, with the use of specially designed rods, hammers,and or glue pullers. The car maintains it’s original factory finish. There is no paint, bondo, or body filler needed during the repair process.

Will My Paint Be Broken Or Comprimised?

No, If a quality Paintless Dent Repair technician is repairing your vehicle, there should be no damage to the paint during the process if done correctly.

Will My Dents Pop Back In?

No, all work has a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty is only void by accidents or incidents to panel that was repaired by our technicians. Such as a car crash, or a new door ding in a different location on the same panel.

Will I Still Be Able To See The Damage?

In most cases you will not be able to see any signs of damage after we are done. On very large or deep dents you may see some texture in the repair. This is normal only on severe damage and deep dents and can be taken care of with wet sanding and buffing the area.

Do I Need To Have A Garage For The Mobile Service?

No, in summer time we are able to repair damage outside if needed. Although on severe damage panels we do prefer to be inside. In winter time mobile service is still provided but a garage is necessary. We should have a new retail location up and running soon.

Paintless Dent Removal Looks Easy, Can I Do The Repair Myself?

We strongly recommend that you do not try to do the paintless dent repair process at home. Customers usually do more damage to the dent than was originally there in the first place. This makes it more difficult for qualified technicians to complete the repair, even in cases where the dent was made smaller by the customer. We also charge extra to “clean up” damage another PDR company or customer has caused due to the extra time it will take to complete the repair process in the correct way.

Is Paintless Dent Repair Better Than Conventional Body Repair Methods?

Yes and no. Situation dictates whether or not paintless dent repair is the correct repair process for the damage. Size, depth, location, accessibility, vehicle type, and technician skill level all determine whether or not a dent can or should be repaired with the PDR process. Can You Fix Dents With Dry Ice?

Extremely soft dents on older thick metal cars can be sometimes be repaired with the dry ice and heat method. This process does not work on the new, thinner metal vehicles, or on dents that have any depth or pressure points. Newer technology and the paintless dent repair process are far superior methods of repair.

Can You Repair Dents on Aluminum Panels?

Yes we can. Our technicians are capable of repairing dents on aluminum panels. It is a more difficult process to repair aluminum panels. There is also a 25% mark up on all aluminum panels.

Will My Insurance Company Pay For PDR?

Yes, but in most cases excluding hail damage repairs, your insurance deductible would most likely be more than the cost of the Paintless Dent Repair itself.

Can PDR Be Done On My Classic Or Custom?

Yes, if your vehicle has lacquer paint we recommend using conventional body shop repair methods. This type of paint is not flexible and will crack or split on even the smallest repairs. We service all makes and models of vehicles. Including imports, customs, hot rods, and classics.

Will Paintless Dent Removal Improve The Value Of My Vehicle?

Yes, Image is everything when selling a used car.You would be surprised at how much fixing a few dents or door dings can improve the look and value of your vehicle. You want to give that great first impression when someone walks up.

Can PDR Fix The Dents On My Lease Turn In?

Yes, we offer free lease turn in inspections. We also fix the damage at an extremely discounted rate compared to the lease turn in company charges. We recommend that you let us look at the vehicle prior to letting the leasing company see the damage.

I Have Dents On Several Panels, Will I Receive A Discount?

Yes, discounts are given to customers who have two or more panels to be repaired. Discounts are also given to customers with two or more vehicles to be repaired.

Can You Repair Dents On Airplane Wings?

In most cases we are able to repair minor dents and dings such as hail damage in airplane wings. Prices starting at $150.00.

What Can’t You Repair With The PDR Process?

We cannot repair vehicles with lacquer paint. We also do not repair refrigerators, sinks, garage doors, or any other type of household items.
